What the fee does not do

We do not sell software licences, pixel packs, or guaranteed lifts in retention. If your warehouse is a wreck, the Atelier will still require someone from your side who can export a CSV. Refunds follow the terms on the refund page. VAT is added where United Kingdom rules require it; the desk will say so on the invoice, not in a countdown.
